Department for
Victorian Communities - youthcentral web content, processes
& training
youthcentral is the Victorian Government's
web site for young people. After working with the DVC to research, plan,
write, edit and migrate the initial 300+ pages of content for the site
in late-2004, we are now involved in ongoing content development and
training. The site's latest round of content - including a refurbished
'Jobs and Careers' section - went live in August 2005.

Port of Melbourne - web
content, processes and training
We worked with the Port of Melbourne Corporation
(PoMC) to produce content for its suite of web sites - the Port of Melbourne
site, the Channel Project site and the corporate intranet. We developed
each site's Information Architecture, produced over 500 items of content
(including articles, metadata and instructional content) and migrated
all content to the sites, running a final quality check prior to launch.
We continue to work with the PoMC to train staff in ongoing management
and expansion of their sites.
